Liz Schneiders
Liz Schneiders has had a lifelong interest in crafts. Her varied career in marketing included work in catalog production, as a craft book editor, and as a developer of gift stationery. Over the years she has attended workshops in monoprint, linocut, letterpress, and book arts from the Dayton (OH) Printmakers Cooperative, Larkspur Press in Monterey, KY, and the Virginia Center for the Book where she participated in several member group projects. During the pandemic, Schneiders joined the Craft Press Printmakers Facebook group and taught herself intaglio printmaking using a craft press and recycled food packaging. She can often be found making prints during public outreach events and Virginia Book Arts open studio nights. In addition to printmaking, Schneiders is also an art quilter and member of the Fiber & Stitch Arts Collective of Central Virginia.
